Wisdom Wednesday is a newsletter in which I am sharing my spiritual experience and expertise relevant to this Nature Year – the Year of Complete Surrender (September 23, 2019 – September 22, 2020).
Through this newsletter, I offer you support on your journey of Compete Surrender. This newsletter is also a companion to the Sacred Feminine Program for Accelerated Spiritual Growth®.
I am currently offering one-on-one private sessions on Wednesdays.

Talking a lot doesn’t mean you haven’t been silenced. Voicing opinions doesn’t mean you are
expressing your authentic Self. Emoting doesn’t mean your feelings aren’t suppressed.
The sexual shame which is the legacy of patriarchy has had the effect of muzzling the deepest parts of ourselves. In our organic attempts to externalize our most authentic Self, we have consciously and unconsciously met with the blocks that reflect our histories. Every new level of Self-expression reflects the externalization of our Souls. To more fully externalize our Souls, we must heal what is blocking that externalization. Healing always precedes greater Soul expression.
Soul expression can challenge us because the Soul is a renegade. It is the untamed part of us, free and uncontrolled, the uncontrollable Self. It is blatantly honest and completely non-codependent. So, even when we have done the work to access our Souls more fully, we might deny or suppress what is being revealed because of our fears of the repercussions of being fully ourselves.
As I do this current cycle of healing, I have times when I feel the silence that corresponds with sexual shame. I feel the mask of history under which the Sacred Feminine has been hidden. Now, my tantra practice is all about healing, feeling and emerging. This isn’t a linear process. I am finding my way with the variability of my experience. I’ve reached a point now where I am letting go of the self-pleasuring ways I have known and creating space for an entirely different experience to emerge. I am in a phase of experimentation and working with gently moving through the wounds that block the fullness of my orgasmic experience, along with the voice of my emerging Self.
In my Nature Year program, Winter is the season of Incubation. If you haven't listened in, I encourage you to do so here:
It’s our new Self, rooted more deeply in our Souls, that is incubating. Incubation is a time for spiritual maturation. The Self we are becoming during this Nature year, a reflection of greater soul-infusion, is in a fragile state right now. Like a hatchling, she is just beginning to find her way in the world. In spring, she will leave the nest and learn to soar with ease.
How can we support this incubation process? How do we ensure we are ready for spring; ready to sing our new Soul song? Consider what you require to nurture your emerging Self. What practices connect you more fully to your Self? Of course, Tantra is recommended and anything else that strengthens your Soul connection, e.g., chanting, journaling, yoga, etc.
This week, you are being guided to work with Self-awareness:
1. Become aware of when you say something that doesn’t resonate with your core Self
2. Become aware of when you don’t know what your authentic response is
3. Become aware of when you hold back sharing your authentic response
4. In any of these instances, when you feel there is a block to your Soul expression that you would like to more fully explore, do the Triangle Activation for Spiritual Illumination™. The activation is described in the video below:
Your Wednesday Affirmation:
Let’s dedicate ourselves to doing the work in Winter that sets the stage for a spring of unprecedented expansion!
